What the evidence needs to show

  • A product can fall under multiple EAEU/CU technical regulations
  • Certificate/declaration routes, schemes and samples differ
  • Russian-language marking, EAC, applicant and technical passport must align

Build the evidence in this order

  1. Classify by HS code, use and technical parameters
  2. Set EAEU applicant and conformity scheme
  3. Prepare samples, tests and factory/quality files
  4. Register certificate/declaration and review labels

Common misunderstandings

  • HS code alone does not identify every applicable technical regulation
  • Certificates, declarations and exemption letters have different legal effects
