Early checks protect the setup
At the start of production, review incoming materials, first articles, approved samples and the process setup. Agree whether work is a pre-production review or an initial production check; factories use these labels differently. Booking should follow observable readiness, not a percentage assumed to fit every product.
During-production checks reveal drift
DUPRO can compare work in progress with finished units and follow up earlier corrective actions. Select a point where enough representative output exists and time remains to correct the process. Record line, shift, material batch and work stage so the supplier can locate the source of a recurring problem.
Final inspection needs a defined lot
FRI supports the shipment decision for an identified available lot. Confirm production and packing readiness, random access and the scope of unfinished or inaccessible goods. Loading supervision then addresses cargo identity, loading condition and sealing; it does not replace product inspection or guarantee subsequent transport conditions.
