Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is carried out when the goods are entirely produced and 80% of the goods are packed (Unless otherwise required). Samples are selected randomly according to an international statistical standard known as MIL-STD-105E (ISO2859-1).
The following aspects will be checked:
(1) Quantity check
(2) Style, color and material check
(3) Workmanship check
(4) Functionality check
(5) Size measurement & weight check
(6) Labeling & logos check
(7) Packaging & packing (including the shipping marks)
(8) Any other special requirements you may have
An in-depth report is issued with digital photos to explain all relevant information.
