A pre-shipment inspection checks an agreed sample against product specifications, workmanship and packaging requirements. Agree the AQL and defect classes before work.

What information is needed for an inspection quotation?
Send the product specification, order quantity, factory address, planned date, packaging requirements and approved sample details. TTS confirms local availability, scope, report language and price before booking.
Which AQL standard should be used?
ISO 2859-1 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 describe acceptance sampling by attributes. The buyer and TTS must agree the applicable plan, edition, inspection level and AQL. AQL is not a guarantee that every unit is defect-free.
Does a factory audit replace pre-shipment inspection?
No. A supplier audit assesses the factory and its systems; inspection examines a specific order. Combine them when both supplier capability and shipment quality need evidence.
Does a passed inspection mean EAC compliance?
No. Inspection findings concern the agreed quality checklist. Applicable EAEU technical regulations, required tests, documentation and the conformity route must be reviewed separately for the specific product.
